Today i finally received my poetry book i bought entitled " The emotionalist" by Hilde M Grensbraten i bought the book after becoming friends with Hilde and finding that she was not only an amazing woman but an equally amazing writer. When i got my book today i immediately sat down to read it. From the moment i opened the book and read the first few lines to the very end i was captivated by her words.
she writes with such honesty and love that you are swept up into her world of words and imaginary. she writes in such a way that she touches your heart and makes you feel what the words are saying. i was moved by her words and could very much relate to a lot of what she wrote. my two favorite poems in the book are titled "Heritage of Love" and "Queen of darkness" two very different poems but both touched me equally because i could totally feel what she was writing and that is an awesome feeling to be able to experience what a writer is writing.
i encourage you to go buy Hilde's poetry book and read it as it is one of the most captivating pieces of work i have had the good fortune of reading in a long time and i do read a lot as it is my addiction in life. In the meantime go read her blog and catch a glimpse of what a wonderful writer she is.
