so my morning started with my usual 3mi bike ride to which I have to fight the neighbor dogs that I so affectionately call yip and Yap. they seem to think we are n some sort of race to see who can out do one another. It would seem they always win only because I have learned that at my age riding a bike isn't as easy as it use to be. But the fact that I can still ride is an accomplishment in itself to is to be celebrated at every turn.
