so yesterday i told you i received the memetastic award from Chief and with it i had to tell five things about myself but only one could be true. So here we go answering the question as to what was true and what wasn't.
1. i once took a train from Florida to New York.
This is false i have never been to NY but it is on my bucket list of places to visit so i hope to make this true one day.
2. in high school i was voted most likely to succeed.
Again false in high school i was never voted anything. i try very hard to be invisible by hanging in the library.
3. As a child i had a pet cow.
this is true her name was Pumpkin and i spent hours in the barn with her. she was a very sweet old cow.
4. I was named after the character in the book titled "Rebecca from Sunnybrook Farm"
as you guessed by now this is false. in truth the man who is my DNA donor decided it would be funny to name me after the woman he was screwing while mom was in labor. needless to say he is now her EX.
5. I have been on a cruise to the Bahamas
this is false as i have a natural fear of the ocean or any deep body of water. I am trying to overcome this fear by slowly taking short boat rides here and there but the thought on being on a cruise line in the middle of the ocean still terrifies the hell out of me.

I was named after a soap star.....and I hate cruises because I feel trapped.....I don't want to be anywhere that I can't get up and leave. Funny stuff though.....except the naming, sorry, that's awful....
you should go on a cruise and to new york... both are really great vacations!

I didn't care much for my ex, but I would never leave an indelible memory like that with them nor would have he.
I am glad it was the cow. That is cool. I had pet cows too at my Grandma's farm. I saw them every weekend. It was great.
I love love LOVE that you had a pet cow named pumpkin. how adorable is that?

Aww.. when you said your name is from your dad's ex... why did your mom let that be... not that I hate your name... but that did not sound that great! heheh.. and oww you have a pumpkin cow.. that's nice.. I never think of having a cow as a pet.

I think I was sort of invisible in HS too. I have been thinking about that lately because someone started a facebook group for our upcoming 30 year reunion and it brings up interesting memories and emotions.

we have chickens and hens. we used to have horses and goats. wish we had a cow though. that would've been badass to be able to get some milk.
