Good Eats: Cole Slaw

Guess what I have for you..go on guess..give up well I'll tell you a quick, easy and delicious recipe for cole slaw. I know I'm awesome right OK well I know that most of you are really busy now that school is back in and summer is over but we still have to cook so here is one of my favorite recipes that has four ingredients and takes 15 minutes tops to make. You're really loving me now aren't you.

First your ingredients see just four.

1 16oz bag shredded cabbage
1 cup mayo (whatever is your favorite)
1/2 cup White Granulated sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar

Next put cabbage in a medium bowl and in another small bowl mix last three ingredients together like this.

Then pour dressing on cabbage and mix together till cabbage is completely covered with dressing and serve.

YUM!! right best part is it was quick and easy plus it can be paired with almost anything hot dogs, BBQ or just eaten plain out of the bowl that's how I like it.  bon appétit :)

You forgot the celery seed. I kid, but we don't make coleslaw without it - it it what kicks it up a notch for us.

Love coleslaw. We also don't make ours with mayo [tho' yours is an awesome recipe] because we aren't big mayo fans and we like to not worry about refrigeration on hot days outside.

That is easy! I love making a greek version--feta cheese, sliced olives, cabbage and greek dressing. Even my eight year old, who hates all things salad will eat it.
