I Confess I've been a naughty girl this week very naughty.

I Confess I stoled some goblin gold while he laid sleeping under the moon lit night.

I Confess while the Pixies where out spreading joy and happiness I stole a bag of pixie dust to share with the fairy king.

I Confess that I snuck into the castle of the evil witch and stole her magic mirror but the dang thing kept telling me I wasn't the fairest in the land so I broke it.

I Confess that all the magic I made this week I had to make myself.

Answers:
1. If you had an extra hour to do ANYTHING for yourself each day what would you do? read a book

2. Are you a morning person or a night owl? Both I love mornings as much as nights afternoons not so much that's when i get tired and want to nap

3. How much sleep do you get on an average night? 4 to 5 hours

4. When do you find the time to blog/surf the ol' interweb? I blog early in the morning and late at night the rest of my day is housework and family

5. What is the ONE thing you're never too busy for? my son I'll stop the world if i have to to in order to give him my undivided attention

Good Eats: Corn Beef Casserole

This weeks recipe goes out to Skippy's Mom at I Make Soup she mention she would love the recipe to my corn beef casserole so here it is I'm grandma won't min me sharing.

Ingredients:

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 c. milk
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 med. onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. uncooked egg noodles (about 8 oz.)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix soup, milk, corned beef, cheese, onion and pepper. Spread half of the corned beef mixture in greased 2 quart casserole or 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with noodles and remaining corned beef mixture.

Mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over noodles. Cook uncovered in 375 degree oven until hot and bubbly and noodles are tender, 40 to 45 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.

Note: First bread crumb topping is optional my family doesn't much like it so I sprinkle cheese on top instead. Second you can cook noodles ahead of time if you choose and you can make whole casserole ahead of time then just pop in oven when ready to cook. Third because My family is big I double this recipe to make sure there is enough for everyone to have seconds. bon appetit

 

Monday Musings

This is what I saw this morning pretty awesome way to start the week. As for the weekend it was pretty amazing little man and I spent the weekend being lazy watching movies and playing games. hubby had to work the Gator game and parents were off spending time with my siblings so we rules the house.

what else happened this weekend oh yeah as you probably can tell my blog has been going through more changes I've been trying to find some kind of order and have weekly set topics so everyone can kind of know where to find things they like. Plus I;m still me throwing in my opinions of things I find and try as well as always making sure I have a place for my writing. Hope everyone hangs in I;m starting to post topics on a regular basis and I've even thrown in a linky or two for you to hook up if you have things you want to share.

Episode 1: Untitled Jersey City Project

Ever been watching TV when one of those previews come on that shows you a new show. You know the one that reaches out and grabs your attention and holds on so by the time it's over all you can do is think I really need to see that show. Well that is how it was with video to

 

I was recently given the chance to watch a new show called Untitled Jersey City Project from the opening scene in a construction site to the finally seconds I was held captive. It totally held me hostage then left me wanting more. From the beginning in the abandon construction site across the Hudson from New York to the final dramatic scene the surroundings had me held in the moment. Not to mention the actors though unfamiliar to me they were spot on in their emotion portrayed and in the emotions I heard in their voices. This is a really great cast from what little I saw and I am very intrigues with the show.

Winning Weekend - Stephen King Style

Good morning my friends hope you have a great weekend planned I do spending time with the coolest kid I know.
