The Great Christmas Caper

One of the best parts of being a mom is playing games with your kids and having fun. It’s a joy to see there faces light up when they learn a new game or manage to out wit you and win. So when I get the chance to turn ordinary things into games I love it.

Like last year at Christmas we sent Little Man on a hunt for on of his Christmas gift it was an all out scavenger hunt for the ultimate prize his gift from Santa. It was tons of fun and laughter. This made me really excited to see and led to me wanting to review the scavenger hunt game from the PartyGamesPlus.com

With The Great Christmas Scavenger Hunt Caper Little Man was treated to a game that he could play with his cousins. It is the ultimate game as it is a scavenger hunt mixed with a little treasure hunt and a little bit of the classic game Clue thrown in. It is fun for all.

The object of the game is to find Santa. You see he has been kidnapped and it’s the children’s job to find out not only where he is but who did it and with what. There are several culprits who could have done it from the mail room elf who was denied a promotion to the jingle Bella who is plotting an elf strike. It is the children job to figure this out.

They must also determine how Santa was taken was it by a sleeping potion slipped into his cocoa or was he shocked by faulty Christmas lights.

When they have figured this out they then need to figure out where Santa is being held whether it’s the elf workshop or maybe the penguin’s nightclub.

Let just say Little Man and his crew (i.e. cousins) had a blast trying to figure this all out and once they did they wanted to mix it up and start again.  We had hours of fun and in they end we learned that the girls were just a little smarter then the boys. After all I was the leaser of the girl’s team.

Now parents and/or adults in charge of family games I know you are freaking out thinking how do I put this all together and create such a fun game. You don’t you see the best part of buying games from PartyGamesPlus.com is you get everything you need to play the game in easy to print form. All you do is purchase, download and print everything you need to have hours of fun is there for you to use. All you have to supply is the kids and the laughter.

You are certainly a resourceful "MUM"! Trust my Christmas will be fairly quiet, a pleasant lunch with friends, after Christmas Service.

When I was with the ex, I used to make him find his gift in a sort of scavenger hunt. I would leave a note with a hint note of the next room and object where the next note could be found. There was usually about 20 notes till the last one would be the last. It was always intresting to watch him go from note to location and how long it would take. He was like watching a kid.
