Disappointed Becca. Two weeks of solid incredible work has been overdone in one week of madness. I've been there before though in my life and I know how easy it happens and no matter what you've done well to try but let's carry on where we left off and kick some ass this week, just keep doing what you've been doing Becca, do not give up.
Aw, don't give up! I gained 2 pounds at last check too but I'm sure we'll both do better this week!!
Don't give up, you know what to do right and now what to do wrong, just get back on track!
Aww I feel for you! Do not give up though we are allowed those few weeks to fall off hopefully it just motivates you to do better next week :)
While I'm not participating, I still consider those 10 pounds a win! I'm glad you decided not to give up because I know I probably would have. Keep up the awesome work!
Don't give up whatever you do. I feel the same way this week, I am doing everything I shouldn't be doing. But if you give up you'll put the weight back on and feel even worse.
Hang in there - losing weight is no easy task. What helped me when I was losing weight was to make gradual changes to my diet. Then everything else became easier. You're doing great!
Just don't be too hard on yourself. This is life after all and we're supposed to enjoy it, so brush yourself off and jump back on this week! :)
I'm desperate to lose weight too. I think this is a great idea to blog about your progress. I think you've inspired me to do the same. It will give me that extra push I need. I need some accountability.
This could have just have been water weight. Don't worry about it. You will reach your goal!
Well Becca, I'm so pleased that you're not beating yourself up about the past week. Good for you. There's no point - onwards and upwards. That's the spirit!
My weigh in this week was awful. I am going to go with the other poster who says water retention. Here's to better weeks for both of us!
You are doing well there is always ups and downs but for the most part you are doing great
You can do it! Just keep it up!
The best thing is you are getting right back on the horse (so to speak)
